HOMES FOR RENT

The homes available for rent are listed below. There is an application link below.

PLEASE DRIVE BY AND LOOK IN THE WINDOWS of any home that interests you,

THEN CALL 225-7045 FOR AN APPOINTMENT to see inside the home you like and to make an application. 

Please do not look in the windows or backyard of any property that is not available now.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8.

QUALIFICATIONS TO RENT:

To rent one of our homes we require verifiable gross income of at least 3 times the rent.

You must also have a recent good rental reference or mortgage payment history.  Your credit

history must indicate that you pay your bills on time.  There is a $10 credit check fee for each

applicant.  A one year lease is required for most homes.

PETS:

One or two outside pets are allowed at most of our homes with references. 

We do not allow any breed of dog identified as dangerous by the insurance companies,

 e.g. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, etc. 

 Please have a picture of your pet to show us when you apply.
