Please do not look in the windows or backyard of any property that is not available now.

A FREE PRELIMINARY APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED ON-LINE BEFORE WE WILL SHOW A HOUSE.

QUALIFICATIONS TO RENT:

To rent one of our homes we require verifiable gross income of at least 3 times the rent.

You must also have a recent good rental reference or mortgage payment history.  Your credit

history must indicate that you pay your bills on time.  There is a $15 credit check fee for each

adult applicant.  A one year lease is required for most homes.

PETS:

One outside pet isallowed at most of our homes with references. 

We do not allow any breed of dog identified as dangerous by the insurance companies,

 e.g. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, etc. 

 Please have a picture of your pet to show us when you apply.
